The location is fantastic, right on Albukhari Street, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. I also appreciated the upgrade service, which made my stay feel extra special. The staff were good, with a special mention to the morning shift lady, who embodies hospitality. I felt the price matched the really good experience.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Lekker stay in Buraidah 🌆
We loved the spacious room and the brekkie was great with a variety of options! The staff were super friendly. Plus, the location is right in the action with loads of restaurants nearby, ja!
Just found the shower design a bit dodgy-water everywhere after a bath!

Absolutley fine location, but the service was dismal! I had to wait an eternity for check-in, and then found my air conditioner was a dust magnet. If only they offered a room upgrade after all these inconveniences, it would've been my saving grace, but alas, this hotel is definitely not 4 star quality!

Special appreciation for the staff's hospitality, particularly the lady in the morning shift who provided really good service. The breakfast buffet featured delicious traditional meals. The bathroom design could be improved, as water tended to leak out during showers, and certain areas of the room showed a need for better cleanliness. Despite the slightly high pricing, the experience was satisfying overall.
